They advertise with totally false photos on their site. Would not trust them because of that. How can they get away with this?

Tap water is not tap. It's mineral water and costs 4chf per glass.The dish I tried doesn't on the menu. Just asking from the waitress

I understand that this just reopened in April 2017 under new management / ownership.*FANTASTIC*Exceeded expectations in service, food, and presentation.Menu is unique in that you do not choose specific dishes. They give you a menu with boxes having types of meat, vegetables, and starches. You then cross out those items that you are not interested in. You then select either a 1, 2 or 3 course meal option which is then prepared with those options you've selected. Oh ... and it is all plated in a beautiful fashion.Our servers were fluent in English (our French is weak, and German is worse). They were able to understand my gluten-free requirement, and deliver a fantastic evening for our dinner in Olten.The place was packed on a Saturday night, with much laughter. We never felt rushed, and had a very relaxed evening. As a side note, most of the tables were still occupied by the same people who were there when we arrived.
