I lost my sunglasses at Alternative Beach and honestly thought I would never see them again. The staff told me they would do their best to help, but they could not promise anything, which I completely understood because I was the one who lost them. We stayed in contact throughout the whole day, and they promised to check the CCTV footage to see if they could find out what happened. At the end of the day, they contacted me with the amazing news that they had found my sunglasses. I was so happy and honestly did not expect to get them back. The staff put in a lot of effort and handled everything in such a helpful and professional way. A big thank you to the whole team at Alternative Beach for the amazing service and for taking my situation seriously. I truly appreciate all the help and would definitely recommend this place!
