I’ve eaten here a bunch. The breakfast this morning was awesome. I also love their winter breakfast buffet. You can grab what you want to eat and then get on the mtn. Service was exemplary. The staff is very friendly to me. Multiple staff members coming over to make sure everything is good and if I needed anything and in a kind way. Great spot. Altezza at The Peaks Undoubtedly, the view is stunning—if you catch it at the right moment. But when it comes to food and service? Well, here we are, talking about it anyway. We ordered the shareable plates—flatbread and fries. The fries were decent, slightly under-salted but passable. The flatbread, however, was a disappointment, with a dough that took me straight back to college campus pizza nights (and not in a good way). Service-wise, there was just one server handling the tables, so checking in on things like water, sauce, or, well, anything else didn’t seem to be a priority. Stunning scenery, but lackluster food and inattentive service make this yet another letdown in Telluride. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
