If you have never tasted German cuisine, you should reserve a table at this restaurant. If hungry, come here for perfectly cooked schnitzels. The competent staff meets you at Gast- und Logierhaus "Am Rheinsberger See" all year round. Nice service is something visitors agree upon here. The ambiance of this place is pleasant. 4.4 is what this place received from the Google rating system.

The only reason, I only give three stars instead of five for rooms is that we didn't stay in any of the rooms (neither in the guesthouse or holiday home rented by the same owners). In total,my mother, husband and I spent four night in Warenthin on a charter boat (Max Yachtcharter). Max had recommended the place it it lived up to our expectations, no,let me rephrase this, it exceeded our expectations by a long shot. We would like to thank all the staff and their hard work as they are the ones bringing the business to life. The place is cozy, the garden intimate and cute, and the food was every time delicious. Yes, I am a vegetarian and there are not to many variations to choose from the menu, but I am sure, if I had asked for something else to be made, they would have tried their very best to accommodate for my request. I didn't, so that's for somebody else to find out or not because not everyone cares about this particular aspect of their travels. My husband and mother enjoyed their meat dishes very much. Also, the fish soup we all wholeheartedly recommend. Give it a try. One of the options the offer and if there is really nothing having your fancy, just ask the staff kindly and respectfully if there is an alternative way. Having worked in the hospitality industry myself for years and in various countries and mixed teams, all I can say: Respect and the will to try and understand the other person (no matter who the other person is at the given moment) goes a very long way. Having written that my mind straight away chimes in and reminds me of "you can't walk in anybody else's boots". It is not about 2nd hand foot are, let me tell you that much. I write all this while sitting at the back of our charter boat, enjoying a stunning morning view with sounds of nature all around.
