We arrived 10 minutes early for a 12 noon reservation. Turns out the restaurant does not open until noon. When we asked the woman inside if we could come in and sit down for a few minutes before their service began, she said no, and we stood outside in the hall for 5 minutes. When she did let us in, she wouldn’t lead us to a table, but instead took us to a bar dirty with food detritus and told us they still weren’t open. She was rude, cold, and unprofessional. She lost our business, and we went across the street and had a great meal at Piccola Cucina where they were kind and accommodating - highly recommended. I received a no-show inquiry from Amali which they clearly submitted through Open Table. We definitely showed up but won’t be doing so again!! Service: Dine in

We hosted our wedding at Amali NYC and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. First of all, Joanna is so amazing and helpful. Every step of the way, she was there for us to answer every question from billing to small details. They made sure everything was perfect that day and we will forever be grateful! Our guests were so impressed with the food, the EXCELLENT service and the beautiful venue. Aside from the wedding, we have eaten here in multiple occasions and the food is always unbelievable. A true gem in Manhattan!
