They still have a lot to learn, the waitresses forgot things all the time, they are not attentive to the details, one of the waitresses with an apparently good attitude only made things more complicated, apart from displacing the girl who served us, making minus their ability to resolve the issue, finally no one took the order carefully and they did what they wanted, they all went into the kitchen and forgot about the customers for a long time. Finally, we asked them for a latte and they forgot that too. A change in attitude (which the waitress asked me to do and I agreed to keep the party peaceful) is just what she needs to learn to do a better job and not make so many mistakes.
