A true pastry artist! For my daughter's 8th birthday we ordered a unicorn themed cake! The cake was not only beautiful, but also delicious! The perfect balance: not too sweet, just enough to enhance the flavors. A real treat for the eyes and taste buds. If you are looking for sweets that are out of the ordinary, I highly recommend his creations. A talented pastry chef who deserves to be known! Well done Amandine! It's been twice that I have had the opportunity to taste Amandine's preparations. I have always found the essential markers in my eyes, whatever the delicacy tasted (shortbread, wedding cake...): extremely delicate flavors, varied textures and a stunning visual! I highly recommend. PS: you think that a wedding cake is beautiful but not necessarily tasty, Amandine will prove you wrong.
