This is my favorite restaurant in the Treasure Valley. I am a Boise local but relocated to Seattle and make a point to stop by Amano everytime I am in town visiting family. This time the staff was especially helpful, special shout out to Karen and Becca who were very accommodating with my reservation. The food is great and the drinks are even better! I cannot have enough Amano. It's no exaggeration that me and my family all come here for each of our birthdays and it has always been worth it. The owner was nice enough to come out and greet us on my most recent birthday and he was incredibly gracious along with the staff. I imagine this is the best Hispanic cuisine around Idaho but also rivals anywhere I've been in San Diego. Their mole, tacos, and desserts we get the most. A family favorite is their esquites, lavender tres leches, carne asada, El amano cocktail, birria tacos, and pudin de maíz. Keep it up! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
