What is most disappointing about your comments is not that you disliked the coffee, but that you chose to direct personal attacks at a member of staff and publicly call for her dismissal based on a single visit. You are entitled to your opinion on the coffee, just as others are entitled to theirs. Taste is subjective, and while you may not have enjoyed your drinks on this occasion, many customers enjoy the same coffee every day. However, describing a member of staff as someone who "doesn't have a clue" and suggesting that she should lose her job is unfair, disrespectful, and completely unwarranted. Our staff work hard to serve customers professionally and respectfully. We stand behind our team and will not tolerate personal attacks on employees who are simply doing their job. You mention receiving your coffees quickly, compliment the latte art, and acknowledge that you have enjoyed coffee here previously. Yet your review concludes by describing the business as a "god-awful place" and advising others to stay away. We believe readers can judge for themselves whether that conclusion fairly reflects the experience you have described. We welcome constructive feedback and are always open to genuine discussion. Personal insults and demands that staff be fired, however, are neither constructive nor acceptable. And for your information you are not a regular as the woman that you are talking about is the owner of the place.
