Since June, Amazing Kabobs has been under new management. All the food is now made fresh and from scratch daily. A very focused menu with the standards of middle eastern cuisine. We started with eggplant dip which was very creamy and Shirazi salad that had finely diced onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Both were excelling in favor and freshness. Falafel sandwich was on lunch special with one side. The falafel was one of the best I've had.. favoring was done right and cooked to perfection. We chose the saffron rice that was beautifully spiced. Perfect for vegetarians or vegans due to the wide choices of salads and Falafel. The waitstaff was very attentive and helpful. We're going back. And we suggest folks check it out.
