Ordering from Amazon fresh is so much better than shopping in the stores, sure some stuff may be unavailable or not sold on Amazon fresh.. it saves me a trip to the store when I’m busy at work and busy busy with the kids after work and school. They deliver it no problem, always on time and a few times earlier. I took off one star because of the Amazon shoppers them selfs cannot bag the orders very well. They need to take classes or retrain on how to bag properly. Sometimes my bags are overstuffed or not stuffed enough. I will no longer order eggs on here because of the way they keep getting packed. Once they were on the bottom and there was TWO 76oz carton of juices sitting on top of them with butter and cheese. Another time they put them in the bag overly stuffed on the side with the juices and cans. Learn how to bag better please,!

I was excited to try out this new store. The reviews (on Google at least) were pretty high, mostly -- on Yelp they were far lower. Since I'm a Level 8 Google reviewer, I tend to trust Google reviews far more. So off I went last night (January 22, 2026) to shop at this great new store outside Oxford Valley mall. I must say I was sadly UNDERwhelmed! They didn't have half the stuff that was on my list (pretty common items) and the produce looked pretty pathetic (I was looking for escarole, which they didn't have, but what leafy greens they did have were pretty wilty [see picture], which made me think they maybe should take the "fresh" out of their name). The shelves were largely depleted of items one can commonly find in most regular grocery stores and the aisles were pretty dimly lit. In fact, as I was going through the produce aisle, scenes from "The Handmaids Tale" came to mind. In that show, the women have to shop at seriously pathetic grocery stores that are absent the items people in the real world take for granted. All in all, the understocking and sad selection was pretty surprising considering that I was shopping 2 days before a predicted MAJOR SNOWSTORM! When checking out with a self-checkout kiosk, I ran into a problem where one of my items was charged twice. That triggered an alert. An employee came over to help me. I explained to him the problem and he was extremely unfriendly! He said NOT A SINGLE WORD to me! I expected something human like "Yeah, that happens sometimes," or at least a smile or even a "Hi." With him -- there was NOTHING. This seemed like a man who completely hates his job (and the customers!). I gave 2 stars (instead of 1) because I must admit the prices for this Amazon Fresh store WERE lower than the better grocery stores in this area. I spent only $39 for the few items I could find instead of the probably $50 I would have spent in my favorite grocery store. But was it worth it for the experience? No. Not to me. I won't be coming back.
