We requested Sunil and the other chef to make us a biryani and add potatoes also, they made excellent biryani. We were missing our Karachi style food, now we have a place. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Absolutely loved my experience at Ambar in Iquique, Chile! A special appreciation to Chef Sunil from Delhi you can truly taste the authenticity in every bite. The Daal Makhni was rich, creamy and slow-cooked to perfection, exactly like you’d expect in North India. The Chicken Tikka Masala had a beautifully balanced gravy flavorful, aromatic and not overly sweet like many places make it. What really elevated the meal was the bread: super flaky tandoori roti, perfectly layered laccha paratha, and soft, buttery garlic naan straight from the tandoor. To finish, the masala chai served in a traditional Indian kettle was the perfect comforting touch fragrant, spiced and nostalgic. If you’re craving genuine Delhi style Indian food in northern Chile, Ambar in Iquique is definitely a must-visit. Compliments to Chef Sunil for keeping the flavors authentic!
