We ate here 30 years ago and it was so bad that we never returned until tonight. Been more than a few changes of ownership since then obviously. Anyway, we girded the loins and ventured back with nervous trepidation! Well, all I can say is what a difference 30 years makes. ! Tonight's meal was excellent value for money, as 2 couples had enough leftovers for tomorrow night's dinner. The quality was A-. One's expectations need to be in line with what one pays. The quality tonight far exceeded what the price suggests. The service was extremely polite and we never felt harried at any point. Time taken for the food to arrive at the table was testament to the fact that everything was cooked to order. Not to quick, not too slow. It will certainly not be another 30 years until our next visit! Thanks and congratulations to all involved. All 4 of us highly recommend this establishment. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

i only write reviews when i am really happy with a restaurant or very disapointed with it.in case of Ambassador Chinese Restaurant,i am really happy with the time i spent with them,the staff was very friendly and understand your needs.the food was lovely,the lamb and the fish were a great choice...well,there are some small details,the rice was little dry and old and the oil was used to make the fried egg was preused oil.i dont mind those small things,though
