Husband and I were staying at a hotel nearby and decided to forego the free breakfast for a more delicious breakfast. After some yelping, I found Amber Road Cafe and saw how great the food looked. It was about a 15 minute drive to the downtown area of Canton, we were pleasantly surprised to find their own parking lot, although there was plenty of street parking at the time too. We were one of only 2 groups there at 8 am on a Tuesday morning. We were told to sit wherever, and sat alongside the booth where they had curtains put up in between each table. They had a pretty decent menu of their specials along with a regular breakfast/lunch menu. Husband and I decided on the corned beef hash with over easy eggs and white bread (mainly because we heard the other table say that they had really good corned beef hash), the lobster Benedict, and the stack of blueberry pancakes. My husband also got a coffee that our waitress brought out with cream and refilled once during our meal. The food came out fairly quickly and was picturesque/smelled so good. It was fresh and hot. The Benedict had chunks of lobster that went well with the hollandaise sauce. It also came with asparagus and potatoes. Those potatoes were cooked so well. Perfectly crispy on the outside and super well seasoned. The pancakes were melt in your mouth delicious. And had so many blueberries! They were just so well done. I tried some of the corned beef hash, and it was really good as well! Slightly salty but paired perfectly with the hash. Yum. My husband loved it as well. They had syrup, hot sauce, and ketchup on the table. It's just a very cozy place with fantastic food. I wish we had something like this back at home. Service was quick and efficient, as well as super friendly. If we are ever back in the area, we will most definitely be back here. We are very very glad we skipped the hotel breakfast for this
