A TROLLE CATCHER FOR INSTAGRAM With these words I would define my experience at Ambra Nera. Beyond the instagrammable trinkets there are no other reasons to dine in this restaurant. If the starters were passable, the first courses were among the worst ever eaten in history: overcooked pasta, without salt, seasoned with a tasteless cream base (probably the same for all dishes). My first course had meatballs that were literally raw and in fact, by pointing this out to the waiter, he recognized the mistake and took the dish off our bill . And in fact up until now I had decided not to leave a review, but when the ARCHITECT OWNER (who is very keen to specify that he is an architect) threatened my friend with a lawsuit and insulted her by telling her that she doesn't understand anything about cooking for leaving his negative experience I decided it was time to speak out.
