Sometimes your expectations far out weigh reality... On some very strong recommendations my family decided to give Ambridge Italian Villa a try for dinner. We got there around dinner time and found a seat quickly in the limited seating dining room. After perusing the large menu we made some choices and waited. Waiting seemed to be the word of the night because we, along with every other patron that night were constantly waiting for someone to serve us or help. I always try to be patient when dealing with any business but this night the service was by far the slowest and least attentive I have ever seen. After waiting for over 20 minutes for water and another agonizing 15 minutes for someone to take our order my patience was wearing very thin. Our orders were finally placed and in the time before we finally got our food we had time to observe the operations as well as the other guests. There were only 2 other tables occupied and both tables seemed displeased with their service or lack of service as well, I even heard a few complaints from people picking up take away. Once our food finally showed up I was even less enthused. Spaghetti and meatballs were not very good, the pasta was over cooked and the sauce was very plain. As we ate we noticed nobody was bussing any of the empty tables at this point and we saw people come in to just turn around because they could not find a clean table. Overall we were very disappointed since this place came highly rated by some relatives of ours. Food was bland and not prepared well, service was absolutely atrocious and prices did not reflect the quality you got. Next time I get a recommendation, I'll have to do some more research on my own, Aloha

Worst delivery ever. Received a cold Pizza after almost 2 hours later, wings came soaked in different side sauces ordered . Driver came and left the first time cause he didn't have a phone to say he was outside. Then had to go back and get out 2 liter soda. Wings cold and nasty. Pizza cold and just like the service. Never again. Italian Villa keep the tip given and help your driver get a phone. I will never order from this place again.

This was the worst food I have had in years. The pierogies are cooked to death Mrs T's. Everything is clearly frozen. Pizza was awful, sauce tastes like Hunts from a can. Also took 90 minutes when they said 30. They held me hostage.
