A lot of people say that waiters serve tasty ricotta here. Good cordial is the best drinks of this bar. It's easy to find L'Araba Fenice Hotel & Resort due to its convenient location. Based on the visitors' opinions, the staff can be attentive. The terrific service is a big plus of this place. As most guests state, the atmosphere is lovely. We can certainly recommend the restaurant at the L'Araba Fenice Hotel & Resort in Altavilla Silentia. We found the hotel by accident: after renting a car in Salerno and heading for Materna it was getting late and we needed a hotel. By chance we found L'Araba Fenice Hotel in the web. It is located in some 13 km from the highway but seemed most suitable for us. We got a spacious room with a very reasonable price (in November). We came late and it was raining, so we did not have time to enjoy the modern and nice looking resort, but when we went for dinner the quality of the restaurant and the food really gave a surprise - it was excellent. And the same continued at breakfast, which was really good. Also the service in the hotel was friendly and we managed great in English. Thank you L'Araba Fenice :-) Service: 5

It was a great place to visit with very nice and helpfull staff. I can clearly see why it is a great place to celebrate with friends and family. Breakfast was good, coffee served as I asked for. Dinner in the restaurant was great, short but varied menu, changing from evening to evening. Great collection of vines in the cellar and good advice in choosing vines. Service: 5

definitely can't be 5 stars. very nice exteriors, especially the green area. But the interior is truly kitsch. Not to mention the inefficiencies... starting with the luggage. On the site it is expressly requested to leave them in the car...ok...we go to the reception and...nothing...if they weren't there, if we had taken them back, they would have remained in the car!!! Not to mention the cold shower in the evening....not to mention having to slam the front door shut and wake everyone up!!! Except for the breakfast only a little but it certainly doesn't give 5 stars either, except perhaps for the Ricotta and fresh ones but then again, finding ourselves in the heart of buffalo milk (with the associated stink), it was the least. I'll comment on the spa in the appropriate section. Anyway good quality/price ratio. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 2 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

As regards the problem with the luggage, we would like to inform you that we provide simple advice in the summaries of the reservations held with our guests in order to receive preventive instructions from the reception and then go to the room of the indicated complex, thus avoiding having to reload the luggage in car and move within the Resort after the necessary instructions in this regard.
