Total disappointment, both the temple and the saint seemed fantastic to me and that's how I made the reviews, I expected something similar from this one. But first of all the place looks very abandoned, dust in abundance on the walls, as well as on the air conditioning machine at the entrance, also walls to be painted, this together with the fact that being adjacent to the temple, means that it has no own service, leaves him very desolate. The waiter stopped by a couple of times, we had to wait to order an extra drink and for the bill, because we were literally alone. Unfortunately the food was in line with the rest, we ordered the pork rib made in kamado and although it was quite tender, it only tasted of pepper, we also ordered the love 4 beef burger and although the bread was perfect, as was the cheese , the two meats only tasted of smoke, good texture, but no meaty flavor, we also ordered some potatoes because no dish comes with a garnish. Really a shame, given previous experiences in the group's other restaurants. The bill of €40.40, for 2 beers, the ribs, the hamburger and the potatoes, would not be excessive if the meats were really of the restaurant's standard and the service was in good condition. Before writing my review I want to make a point for Pedro, the guy who has served us whenever we go, his professionalism and good service and his prodigious memory amaze us, he receives the order without writing anything down and more surprising is that he knows what diner it is for. each set, now my review regarding the food, is delicious, what you order from the menu always delights you with a unique flavor in each set, and I say this knowingly because I have had the opportunity to eat in several places in Alicante as far as hamburgers and meat are concerned, but AMERICAN HUMO Y FUEGO takes the lead, it can be seen that they care about using high quality ingredients, I hope to return soon, keep it up.
