Once the promenade around the Kabukiza Tower is over, visit American. This cafe with takeaway food is good for those guests who like to eat in a hurry. Clients can have perfectly cooked egg sandwiches and tasty egg salad sandwiches at American. Based on the visitors' opinions, coffee is good.
The nice staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Terrific service is something that guests would like to improve here. As a lot of reviewers state, this place has the lovely decor. The atmosphere of this place is exotic. But people rate this spot below average on Google.

I was very disappointed with my experience at AMERICAN. The famous oversized tamago sandwiches are delicious and definitely worth trying. Unfortunately, the customer service completely overshadowed the food. We ordered our sandwiches to go because we were traveling by train afterward and didn’t have much time. We sat quietly at the side in front of the restaurant to eat. We were not blocking the entrance or disturbing anyone. Within a few minutes, a staff member came outside and rather aggressively told us to leave. We would have completely understood if they had politely explained that eating in front of the restaurant was not allowed. Instead, we were spoken to in a very unfriendly manner, which was both surprising and disappointing. We were told to go and eat in a nearby park, but the park was in the opposite direction from the station, and we simply didn’t have enough time before our train departed. If a restaurant offers takeaway food, it should also understand that some customers—especially travelers—may want to eat it right away. In my experience traveling throughout Japan, it is generally acceptable to eat food you have just purchased somewhere near the shop, as long as you are respectful, clean up after yourself, and don’t block the way. We did exactly that. The problem wasn’t the rule itself—it was the way we were treated. A friendly explanation would have been more than enough. Instead, we left feeling unwelcome. It’s a shame because the sandwiches are genuinely good, but good food cannot make up for poor customer service. Unfortunately, this experience means I would not return or recommend this place. We order sandwiches from take out window , the shop opens at 11:30, we ordered as same as Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber , first of all taste not that good, bread is very thick and dry, red bean is not good , Second , in Japan If the store is not open , you cannot walking and eating , you can stand next to the store , finish the food , but staff came out very rule to leave. Not recommended, we walk by and saw the pictures hang outside, then we bought it , if I check review first , I won’t buy it Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1
