Hey I love the creativity of the menu as well as your thoughtfulness on keeping things local and using environmentally conscious packaging. Venison Frybread Taco has delicious components! I felt it needed more sauce though to bring it home. Bison burger had tasty amenities as well, I was particularly fond of the Neuske's bacon, nom nom nom, the bison could use a little more seasoning, and/or jalapenos, and/or have been thinner.
