I place an order and they tell me that it takes half an hour, 57 minutes have passed since I called, and they tell me that the order has just shipped. I can understand that there is a lot of hustle and bustle of people but it is not normal to take an hour. I certainly won't order again. It's not even the delivery person's fault, it's the managed order service. Not even one star should get it from me, it would be 0.
