This is my first time visiting Unajyu Tabe. I went to Numata's villa and wanted to eat eel, so I looked it up on the internet and decided on Amimoto-san! Unaju is 3,250 yen. It says in the store that it will take 40 minutes from the time you order. It would be nice if you made a reservation. Well, it's about a 30 minute wait. When I talked to the staff member who brought it to me, I found out that they are particular about preparing eel that is kept alive in a fish tank and prepared at the same time as the order is placed. So, what does poop taste like anyway? Wow, this is so delicious. The sauce is a little thick. As the eel is prepared live, there is no odor and the meat is plump. So, I heard that there is a restaurant specializing in eel in Numata, but I was wondering why this one is here?As you can see on the menu, there is a wide selection of other dishes besides eel. This is fine even if you have children with you. NumataEelAmimoto! I think there is!
