It's such a beautiful venue, used to be a house of a rich batik merchant in the past, transformed into an artistic fine dining restaurant in the middle of a small street in Solo. The ambiance is really soothing with a nice javanese jazz music in the background. The garden is also amazing. Unfortunately the food is not as impressive as we thought. It's lacking of taste and spices. The fish rawon is disappointing, not even close to rawon taste. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rp 100–125K

I went here with my family — a group of 10+ people. The parking space is huge, not very crowded, the perfect ambiance for family dinner, except for the fact it doesn’t have AC & quite hot in the midst of Solo weather, but it still fine bcs we have a genuine Kraton experience from a building that has been standing for more than 300 years. All of our orders are unique yet delicious, just perfect for our taste bud — a combination of local & western cuisine. The waiters were helpful, they answered and patiently replied to our curiosity about the place’s history. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rp 250,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a wonderful dining experience at Among Restaurant. The food was flavorful, the desserts were delightful, and the beverages were equally impressive. The ambience was inviting and well-curated, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. One of the highlights of my visit was the music. They played a fantastic playlist that truly enhanced the overall experience. I would truly appreciate it if the restaurant could share the playlist they use. The service was also impeccable, courteous, attentive, and professional. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.
