This daylight café has some limited breakfast options and very good coffee. Cheesecake and carrot cake are also really good. Laptops are somewhat accepted, and electricity plugs are present. However, there is no Wi-Fi. On cold days, also dress warm, as it can be quite cool in there. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I had lunch at the café "ampere Hon no Mori Chuo" on the first floor of the Kyobashi Library, Hon no Mori Chuo.
