Acting manager likes to road rage customers in his uniform when leaving work and manager ignores the safety of customers. Should both be fired

Staff were nice, but I ordered a coffee at time of paying (not to hold anyone up) Issue being she had just turned on the cleaning machine. I waited over 10 minutes, if you had just told me or asked at my time of paying for it I wouldn't have got the coffee. People were waiting to get gas therefore it defeated the entire purpose of me not holding anybody up. And the gas station down the road is cheaper.
