The quality has deteriorated significantly since this company existed. Cold burgers, completely smashed and almost burnt. Only cheddar was visible on the 4 cheeses and the el loco is no longer worth it. In the beginning the pricey burgers were worth their money, but now they are not and I regret that I did not go to McDonald's where I would have paid much less for better burgers. I also learned firsthand that the tip paid online for delivery does not reach the delivery person. Too bad, but this is the last time until I hear good stories about Amros again.
