This is a review for Highland Nights. This was a fantastic experience if you are looking for traditional music/singing and learning more about Highland culture. There was a father/son duo who played music featuring guitar, fiddle, bagpipes, and other instruments. They played a variety of music and sang waulking songs and mouth music. They played until 9PM so it was great to sit there and hear awesome music. A man named Ian McKinnon had two fun segments where he brought up audience members to demonstrate traditional clothing, kilts, and weapons. For the price, it was a great experience. The food was very tasty for the most part. None of the appetizers were particularly good and neither was the steak and ale pie, but the balmoral chicken, burger, sticky toffee pudding, and apple pie were delicious. Again, can’t complain for the price and entertainment. As a side note, they do leave the doors open during the show (at least in May) so it was a bit chilly. Recommend bundling up at night!

We heard Scottish music from the venue and went in for “Highland Nights.” Traditional music with bagpipes was fantastic. Demonstration about early Highland clothing and weapons was both educational and extremely entertaining!! The service was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

We had such a special night at An Seòmar! The food was delicious and the staff was so lovely with helping us craft the perfect drinks. The storytelling, kilt demonstration, and live music were a highlight of our trip.
