Their usual is slow service. I always order on phone beforehand and go to the restaurant after ample time but still have to wait outside their restaurant in the crowded matar street.

I think you need to fire that people who working at your place. I called coz they make mistake in order and he refused and he hang up on my face. Later when I call he dont want to pick. I dont know from where he coming but he need to go to school again and learn how to be polite and to learn what is manners and culture. Shame on you.
