First of all the quality of food was horrible. The beef tasted hard and old. Just overall quality of food wasn’t too great ESPECIALLY for the price we payed. Between the two of us we payed 15000 YEN!! I didn’t think it would even be close to this price. On the receipt they charge an extra 10% of your bill for “service fees” and by that means walking from the kitchen to our table. And then tax on top of that. Didn’t enjoy it here at all, price was way over board for the quality of food. Would’ve spent that money on wagyu or Kobe beef instead.

Ananda Thai Restaurant in Akasaka, is amazing by any measure. The food is absolutely delicious, the setting and decor beautifully refined, and the staff and main host, Suphanee, truly professional and friendly.
I highly recommend this restaurant for your special event whether it is an important business dinner or a celebration with large groups.
I’ve added Ananda to my list of favorite restaurants and plan to make regular visits.
