If I could give zero I would. One of the worst services I have got. I am a big fan of vegan food, out of all restaurants in Novi Sad my friend (who is regular guest) and me have chosen Ananda to spend our money at. However we ordered daily special soup, main course and salad. Soup was delicious, but unfortunately for main course they served soy steaks in mushroom sauce and pasta with vegan cheddar cheese. Steaks were terribly hard, uncooked and entire meal was cold. I asked the waiter for new steaks he offered me a new knife, I insisted on steaks, not even mentioning that the entire meal was cold. Later on he came back with and dropped the plate on the table with new even worst steaks, they were dry like they were overheated and little bit of sauce was just splashed on top of it. I could not eat it. My friend's meal was good, after she was finished she called the waiter to pay, he charged bothe meals without even asking what was wrong with mine as it wasn;t touched. I refused to pay and asked for someone in charge to talk to but the water came back even more upset with the new bill (only one meal), still not asking what was wrong. I've been in hospitality industry for over 20 years and this is unacceptable, I understand the pressure but this is not service, This restaurant will never ever see me again I will definitely not recommend it. If the waiter cared a little bit and give the proper service we would not have any issues. It happens.
