Stumbled upon this place by happy accident. The owner is a great cook and has very good customer service. All our food was amazing. We especially loved the salads, poached eggs, breakfast burrito and empanadas. They have the BEST empanadas on Longboat Key, they are flavorful and the pastry is perfectly flakey! The lunch special is my go-to order, 3 empanadas plus a freshly made salad/soup. My favorite empanada flavor is onion and cheese. I love dropping by for a quick bite whenever I'm in the area and I highly recommend this cafe!
