People!!!! Put your "Sails" down and come "Dock" your boat here and drop your anchor at the ANCHOR BAR in Frisco just across the Toyota Soccer Field. This place is your happening place. The atmosphere? You got it. The games? Let the whistle blow. You will enjoy your game from 20 plus screens. Your table awaits for your group.... Ohh and the Service? A one-to-one experience, very well attended. and friendly. Other surrounding places are "J"ust.... Snakes and Fakes". Be welcome by 'Sean' at the bar, along with 'Misty's' Jedi powers knowing exactly when you need your next beverage. AND OF COURSE don't forget to ask for 'Dakota'. He went out of his way and called an audible and accommodated me with a substituted savoring flavor for my mushroom burger... So perk your taste buds and bring your story because here you will be treated with attention and joy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

We’ve eaten at Anchor Bar several times and have always enjoyed the food and experience, which is why we decided to try takeout for the first time. The positives were that our order was ready exactly when promised, the food was hot, and everything was packaged well. Unfortunately, the food itself was a bit disappointing this time. We ordered 20 wings and every single wing was a drum. We were expecting the usual mix of drums and flats, so that was frustrating. We also ordered a pizza, and it arrived noticeably overcooked with very little to no sauce, which made it much less enjoyable than what we've come to expect from Anchor Bar. We're hoping this was just a one-off situation, as our dine-in experiences have always been much better. We'll likely give takeout another chance, but this visit definitely missed the mark. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This Buffalo icon is badly recreated in “downtown” Frisco. It has framed awards on the walls given to the Buffalo location and attempts to expand its menu to vegans and “drums only” crowds alike. Medium (original) wings were tasty, but soggy. And certainly not using Franks sauce. Pizza crust was too thick and not Buffalo style. Seems they’re more interested in being a sports bar for the stadium across the street than representing their amazing roots! Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
