My husband and I had lunch for the first time at Anchor Bar in Tucson, Arizona, and it was absolutely amazing! Hands down, the best wings we’ve ever had. The food, drinks, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience perfect. Great atmosphere and all-around a fantastic place — we will definitely be back! 1 star – Time is money, and Anchor Bar Tucson just robbed me blind (without even serving wings) They say time is money—this place straight-up refused to open on time so I couldn’t give them my money. Rolled up slightly before opening (because who wants to be that guy?), stood there like a loyal wing pilgrim... and waited. And waited. Door stayed locked until a solid 10 minutes after posted open time. Couldn’t be bothered to flip the sign, unlock, or even wave through the glass like "sorry, folks, we're human." Nada. Zilch. Ghosted by a sports bar. This was strike two for Anchor Bar Tucson. Like G.W. Bush wisely philosophized: "Fool me once, shame on... shame on you. Fool me—you can't get fooled again!" Well, consider me un-fooled, permanently. I came for original Buffalo wings (the legend!), stayed for zero service, and left with my wallet intact and my dignity slightly bruised from loitering in a parking lot. Won't be back. Won't be fooled again. 1 star because zero isn't an option. Service: 1 Meal type: Lunch
