We are sorry that we made a mistake and served a smaller portion of the breakfast, We made it clear that we were sorry at the time, brought you more sausages and offered more of the other ingredients but you declined these. We offered complimentary desserts to your table also, but you also declined these saying that you had sufficient to eat.You also acknowledged that you had good meals previously so we find your slanderous comment very hard to take. We bent over backwards to make amends for our error, you seemed happy at the time then slate us to the whole world online.We serve over 500 meals a week to mostly very satisfied customers. We aren't robots and make mistakes. When we do we apologise and put things right. In your case, clearly nothing could put it right and therefore we prefer not to serve you in future.We make perhaps 5 or 10 mistakes a week, most of them to very nice people who are very understanding. Sadly, as evidenced by your comment which can only be designed to harm our business, you do not fall into that category.
