I may be biased because I truly love this place — from the coffee, food varieties, atmosphere, to the kindness of the staff. What stood out to me today was the exceptional kindness of Rami. He noticed that I had been coughing continuously and kindly offered me a warm ginger and orange drink. Such a thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality truly left a lasting impression and made my day. had a wonderful experience at Andarena Cafe this morning. The place has a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying your time whether you’re working or just unwinding. The interior is beautifully designed, warm, and inviting. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the coffee was excellent. Everything I ordered met my expectations. What really stood out was the service. Sir Ramy, the Staff Manager was very accommodating, attentive, and genuinely kind. He made sure all my needs were taken care of and provided excellent customer service during my stay. Another great thing is the location—the cafe is conveniently near a metro station, which is perfect for those who don’t have a car. However, it can get quite hot when walking to the station since there isn’t much shade, so it’s best to bring an umbrella. Overall, I highly recommend this cafe.
