Made a reservation for this afternoon and was really looking forward to trying this place. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the doors were locked with no signage or notice explaining why they were closed. We tried calling, but no one picked up. Very disappointing and inconvenient—especially after making a reservation in advance. A heads-up or any kind of communication would’ve been appreciated.
