Amazing light ramen that charms ya rather than pulverize you like a Jiro might. The couple are so kind and can speak decent english so they explained to me what the broth was made of. Duck & Negi Ramen done right. Found this incredible bowl at Ando Enoshima in Enoshima. Their new menu item, Duck & Negi Ramen, is packed with deep umami that hits flavor, aroma, and texture all at once. This week’s version is Shoyu, and what makes this place special is how the aroma changes between Shio and Shoyu. The soy sauce fragrance is beautifully balanced while letting the duck flavor shine. You can really feel the chef’s passion for ramen and food in every bowl. People here were so nice. We went to this restaurant with my friend, the ramen was so good. Broth perfectly balanced and chashu was so good ! Menma was also perfect. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
