If you happen to be near Teatro Reale di Alessandro Rubinetti, you can visit this confectionary restaurant. Take your friends with you to enjoy tasty tartines, ricotta and amuse bouches. Good gelato, maritozzi and brioches are the tastiest dishes. Here you may order delicious cordial, Spritz or Mimosas. It's time to degustate great cappuccino, latte or latte macchiato.
Pasticceria Andreotti dal 1931 is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Pay reasonable prices for eating at this place. As a lot of guests notice, the atmosphere is pretty. Google gives it 4.3 so you can choose this spot to have a good time here.

The best place in Rome for ice cream — and of course for pastries. Super cheerful and friendly staff. highly recommended.

actually 500/10! I’ve eaten ice cream all over the world, but honestly… I have NEVER had ice cream like this. Absolutely incredible! If I ever had to make a list of the best ice cream in the world, this place would be #1. Then there would be a HUGE gap… and then maybe someone else could have #2. The flavours, the texture, everything is just perfect. I’m genuinely obsessed. If you’re in Rome, GO HERE. Seriously. I recommend it with all my heart. My only problem is that now I know what proper gelato tastes like… and my life will never be the same again. My favourite-pistachio and mango

My husband and I have had the blessing of visiting Rome 4 times. After visiting most recently in July 2026, Androtti's continues to be our favorite cafes since 2017! It is tucked away, very well priced, and their coffee and maritozzi (melt in your mouth good) are the best. Their staff is both patient and gracious to us English speaking Americans on the hunt for an authentic and local cafe. They also have a nice patio out front for lounging, people watching and meeting with friends. We did not feel rushed or pressured to leave, even after finishing our items.
