Service needs real improvement. I specifically ordered a mint tea, and the bartender just gave me the box where they store all the teas for me to search it. Mint was not there, and he didn’t even turned back to check if everything was ok. I know it’s not the worst thing that could happen, but I really believe is something to consider. I paid 2,5 euros for this tea, and they gave me a broken mug. Wouldn’t come back…

Two stars just because of a nice lady that was taking our orders. To the lady with the tattoo. People sometimes order decaf coffee because they have heart problems .. but they like the taste of coffee, can you imagine that? I don’t speak Italian very well but I can understand it. I worked in service industry for a few years and it is a hard job, especially since you are working with people. Don’t allow yourself to be unhappy and miserable, find a job where you don’t have to work with people.
