Worth to take a long walk from downtown to reach it. I actually went to see all complex of Tallinas ielas kvartāls. Just a few bars were opened. One of them were Angars. Great industrial decorated place with high ceilings. I wander why is so empty and ask a guy when is the best time to visit and he said in the middle of month when people get salary. There is also a gig place behind, from outside it also looks impressive. Price per person: €15–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
