It's really hard to find a good Italian restaurant in Japan that's traditional to its routes The dishes amuse was ok, daikon w/creamcheese was ok, the flatbread was ok The fish salad was pretty bad Pasta was ok but not enough sauce or taste Meat, broiled chicken was horrible, couldn't finish Dessert, pieces or watermelon with panacotta, one bite This was highly ranked but complete disappointment Dishes took too long when there were only 2 table to manage

貴重なご意見ありがとうございます。私は自信を持って、心を込めて料理を提供しております。食材本来の味を活かした、軽やかな料理とそれに合うワインも常に心がけています。お客様のお口には合わず残念です。 お料理の提供時間に関しては、お客様のペースに合わせてサービスさせていただいております。アミューズ30分、前菜20分、パスタ35分、メイン25分、デザート1分、ごゆっくり食事をお楽しみいただいていたのだと思っておりました。食べ終わられて直ぐ次のお皿を提供したように思います。こちらの¥5000のコースはお仕事中でもお楽しみいただけるよう、通常45分でお召し上がり頂けるコースとなっております。 今後、更に伝統的なイタリア料理よりも、自分の個性を最大限に出した、当店でしか食べる事の出来ない、軽やかな料理を追求し続けてまいりたいと思います。 リストランテ アンジェロ 店主 明石誠
