My wife and I heard good things about this place from peers and finally got a chance to try the breakfast buffet. The busboy got us a table quickly and advised us to go get some food and someone would be back around to take our drink orders. We waited approximately 7min before deciding to go to the buffet 1 at a time as to not miss the server to take our drink orders. Eventually the server was passing by our to table and asking everyone around us if they were good on drinks, except us. I spoke up and said, "we could use some drinks". She came back with, "I can see that. I'm just checking the rest of the room to see if anyone else needs something." I placed our order for two coffees. They arrived quickly. There was no creamer or sugar at our table. The server came and went without checking. I got up and canvassed an empty table for creamer and sugar. The busboy was near and I asked him about creamer. He told me it was on the buffet line. He collected some for us. I grabbed sugar off another table. No one ever came back to check on us for anything. The server dropped the bill off before we were done eating and quickly kept moving on without checking in with us. The food was clean. Our coffee cups were very stained. I observed other couples getting neglected, wondering what was going on. We heard the couple next to us ask if there would be any more coffee rolls brought out to the buffet in turn the server responded, "Probably". "They take a long time to make so." "Like fifty minutes." Then the server followed up with, "I can go check for you if you want?" The server left and the busboy came around and spoke with them and shortly thereafter brought them a to-go container with a coffee roll. The restaurant is nice inside. The food is good. If not for the conscientious busboy we would have walked out. Take a note, this place needs an overhaul on engineering their service for breakfast buffet. We very much felt on our own; especially being our first time there. The server was a bit shrewd and did not provide the basic needs. No one manning a register to enable us to settle up quickly and depart. We won't be back for the buffet. The server needs a coaching and some basic training including soft skills in our opinion. We did not have any exchanges with the other server. She sat down at the table that came in after us, visited with them briefly and then quickly brought them their drinks. This place has some really good food. Their menu is large and has a wide variety ranging from pizza to calamari. It's decently expensive here, but I would still recommend trying it. The staff members have very nice personalities and actually seem like they want to be at work. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Sometimes it's really busy, but at other times there may only be three or four tables/booths being used in the entire restaurant. Angelo's Pizza & Grill is somewhat well maintained, but their menu isn't up to date, sometimes they are understaffed, etc. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
