I had a disappointing experience with Angels Pizza, Balibago Sta. Rosa Laguna. When I tried to avail of the PWD discount, the staff told me they couldn’t find my ID in the DOH database. Because of that, they denied the discount. However, it turns out the issue wasn’t with my ID at all—they had entered the wrong number on their end. It was frustrating because this simple mistake cost me the benefit I was entitled to, and no effort was made to double-check or resolve the situation properly at the time. I hope the staff can be more careful and attentive in verifying details, especially for something as important as PWD privileges. A little extra diligence would go a long way in preventing situations like this. Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
