We dined here on a Thursday night for my Mum's birthday, first time and it didn't disappoint. We got a very warm welcome from the owner, Claire and enjoyed relaxing with a drink and a complementary canape before being shown to our table. We had the four course menu, two of us vegetarian...all excellent - beautifully cooked with lovely flavours. We really appreciated the extras such as the canape and home made breads and butter. They even brought a taster of cake with a candle for Mum's birthday. The service was great throughout and the owner who was front of house regularly checked on everything. I've been to Angels Restaurant now many times and it's always a fabulous dinning experience, from the moment Claire greets you to have beautiful food with great friendly service, in a lovely dinning room with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Fantastic value for money - Highly Recommend.
