We are a walking Henro couple and we had a few things to celebrate including reaching 1000 km on the pilgrimage, and I was desperately sick of Japanese food after 54 days on the road, so we decided to splurge and go here for dinner on Saturday night. We hadn’t made a booking but they still welcomed us and produced a fabulous six course full on French dinner. We had champagne and a bottle of 1995 French red wine and desert wine. We were the only people in the restaurant and we had a full view of the kitchen in all its glory. Despite the high quality of the food and drinks, It seems to be a family run business so it was incredibly casual. This worked perfectly for us in our hiking attire but people looking for a fancy night out might prefer sometime more formal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
