First time trying this place and unfortunately had a bad experience at the drive-thru. I misunderstood a menu item and staff laughed instead of helping explain it. I understand mistakes happen, but customers should not feel embarrassed for asking questions or not knowing the menu. Very disappointing experience.

First time trying this place. Got the steak protein bowl with guac, sweet potatoes, and corn. The steak was well done and tasted good! Sweet potatoes had a great flavor to it. Corn was crunchy. Guac was decent but nothing too impressive. I ordered and the food was already waiting for me when I got there. No face to face interaction, but no complaints here. Had a quesadilla as well as part of the meal. Good pepper jack cheese! Price was really affordable. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered a Caprese salad with double chicken. I have had this before, at other Angie's locations. I did the drive thru. I got home and realized they gave me 0 chicken. I tried looking for a phone number and none is listed for this store. I drove back, 10 mins. Got there and told them my order was missing the double chicken. They took my bowl. Said "here you go and sorry about that". I walked out and boom! one portion of chicken, not for the two I paid for. Walked back in. I asked again, if that was a one serving or the two that I paid for. They took it, again, and put another portion of chicken, to complete the two. When I initially ordered, they repeated the order back to me. Then it took two times to make it right? I guess I expect too much. Food: 5 Service: 1
