As a personal observation, Anika Restaurant seems to be the much more mature continuation of the Anika Fried Chicken project under the same roof. The experience with the deceased was a disaster. But I also gave a chance to the new project. And the Anika Restaurant experience, on the other hand, was like this: The waiter was wonderful, as he served us the dishes, he also explained something about them. In addition to aspects such as: what to eat, what it contains, how it is prepared, he also told us who picks the mushrooms, who carved the knives, whose garden I know what vegetables are from, and so on. Maybe they seem like small things, but his comments completed the experience very nicely. At the wine pairing, he also explained what we are drinking, what region it comes from, what makes it special, if applicable, and what to expect. The food in general was very good, now it also depends on the personal preferences of everyone, it is possible that not everyone resonates with everything on the plate (for example, the wife does not like fennel). The service was VERY attentive, there was no such thing as having an empty glass or not consulting with us once we finished a course (do we want the next one? do we want to take a break, is the food OK? do we like the wine? And so on ). I appreciated that the manner in which he consulted with us was at the same time discreet, without feeling that he was "sitting on our heads". It was simple, careful. A cosy feelling good small place with very good food and wines. The restaurant have 2 relatively small dining rooms inside and a terrasse outside. The decoration is very pleasant, both elegant and warm. You can have a 7 dishes tasting menu or you can choose 4 of these for a lighter experience. The wine paring is well done. A very good address where you feel comfortable and taken care of.
