Another evening of excellent service and finely crafted dishes. We had the tuna tartare, buratta and duck - all beautifully plated and delicious. Anneke Jans Kittery is truly a gem . Its elegant cozy atmosphere is so inviting and each time we go there it is the best dining experience. The open hearth kitchen visible from the dining room is beautiful ! The service is always impeccable and every staff member is so friendly . They have a more formal dining room , or you can also dine in the bar area which is equally as cozy. The food is amazing every time we go and they have great cocktails . The owners are wonderful also and you feel so welcomed all the time . We both got a fish dish which was so well seasoned and delicious . They also have amazing vegetarian option which we have tried many times . It’s our favorite place for Birthdays , Anniversary or any other reason . In the summer they have a wonderful patio to dine in overlooking he whole Foreside . We can’t wait to go back ! Vegetarian options: So delicious and innovative !
