半年ぶりに会う大学の先輩と銀座で会おう！ゆっくりランチ（デザートまで）しようとなり、とあるレストラン予約サイトで検索し、見つけたお店です。お店の雰囲気は非日常を感じる華やかな感じ、どこかウキウキした気持ちにさせてくれます（シャンデリア効果？）。 予約の確認から席への案内、メインメニュー（7種類ぐらいから選ぶ）の説明、食事を出すタイミング、スタッフのサービスは、どれも完璧だったんですが、惜しむらくは、お水をサーブしてくれなかったこと。お店の中央にフリードリンクバーがあり、そこから自分で持ってくることになっているのですが、最初の一杯目のお水はサーブしてほしかった。 お食事は、小さな仕掛け、隠れた工夫があり、可愛らしくもあり、優雅でもあり。お味も素材の味を生かして、調味料が控えめでよかったです。 パンもほかほかで、ちょうどいい量をつけてくれます（足りなければおかわりをくださるようです）。 デザートは、パティシエの方が直接サーブ、大きなグラスに小さいサイズのシフォンケーキ、アイスクリーム、チーズ、ベリーのソース、クッキーなどが詰め込まれたものを堪能できます。 お店は満員でしたが、お隣の話し声が気になることもなく、最後までゆったり過ごせました。（テーブルチェック可能） Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000
