Awful customer service. I normally only write good reviews but the lady was so rude. The pizza arrived cold and the cheese was hard cheese. No cheese pull at all and the sauce was crusty and seemed not fresh. The dough wasn’t cooked in the middle of the garlic knots. It took 1.5 hours. They said 1. The lady over the phone answered with an attitude. Very Sad service for $65 $ that’s without DoorDash fees and I paid a nice tip. Partially think it’s a driver/delivery issue. The rude phone lady said it was hot when she checked it and I’m sure that’s true, but it wasn’t after the late delivery. Which is a shame because the taste is there. I wish I could give 0 stars for customer service. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Door Dash delivery is fully responsible for the timing when you receive the food and the prices for the food.We cannot do anything about that,just so you are aware.

My partner and I tried Anthony's Pizza on PSL Blvd for the first time on January 17th, 2024. The food, service, and decor were what I would expect from a New York-style pizzeria in PSL (which is not a bad thing). We could not enjoy our meal, however, as the manager was consistently berating an employee throughout our meal, telling him to "stop acting like a child" and "look at me when I am talking to you, boy." This continued throughout our meal, peppered with cursing. The manager then turned to our server (who was wonderful), and started berating her for being stupid and useless. We are definitely not coming back as long as that manager is there.
