Antique Bar and Bakery was just okay. The food was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Unfortunately, we had a less-than-great experience with one of the staff members, though they did try to make up for it by offering us a free bread pudding—which, honestly, ended up being the highlight of the meal. It was really good, but overall, it feels like a one-and-done kind of place for me. Food was not at all what I thought it would be. Drinks took very long to be made. The waitress Camilla was a doll she did make the experience better. Very pricey! Of all the places we’ve tried in Hoboken, Antique Bar & Bakery never fails to impress! In fact, it’s earned it’s position as my favorite restaurant in Hoboken. The menu changes seasonally so you can always guarantee fresh, quality food. Their unique spin on classic dishes makes dining there a truly one of a kind experience. The cocktails pack a punch and have a delicious uniqueness as well. Love Buzz was my favorite, but I think they’ve removed it from the menu, however, the other selections I’ve tried instead were very good too. Can’t go wrong with picking this spot whether it’s for a date night, night out with friends or family, or a special occasion. Of course I chose to come here for my 30th birthday and even with a table of 14 people, the service was impeccable as always. Love this spot and will keep coming back time and time again!
